Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mastence mobile application and related services ("Mastence"). By creating an account or using Mastence, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Mastence
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Mastence. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, routes, and other content you post on Mastence. By posting content, you grant Mastence a license to host, display, and distribute it within the app so other users can discover it, in line with your sharing and privacy settings.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes on others' rights.
- Misrepresent a place, route, or experience you did not actually have.
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of Mastence.
- Use Mastence to collect data about other users without their consent.
4. Business Accounts
Businesses that claim a location on Mastence are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and must comply with these Terms when representing their business.
5. Termination
You may stop using Mastence and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or Mastence itself.
6. Disclaimers
Mastence is provided "as is." Routes, places, and experiences shared by users reflect their own opinions and are not verified or guaranteed by Mastence. Use your own judgment when visiting places discovered through the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mastence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Governing Law

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
